Andreas Kleemann
b. 1975, GDR
Whilst searching for ways to handle movement restrictions and pains that I’ve had since childhood I came across the Feldenkrais Method in 2011.
Through making unusual movements on the ground l discovered new ways of walking, listening, questioning and decision-making. The movements felt to be happening unconsciously yet at the same time I was aware I was doing them.
From the beginning of my Feldenkrais training in 2013, movements and their associated feelings, perceptions and ideas have become an increasingly important occupation for me. Since 2015 I have been teaching group courses and since 2017 individual sessions as well.
It continues to fascinate me how restrictions, pains or difficult experiences can stop being obstacles and how we find new ways to connect. With ourselves and with what surrounds us.
I welcome people from all social, cultural and geographic backgrounds and from every biological sex and gender. Depending on each individual’s financial situation, I am also happy to work out a reasonable price together.
I am a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner and a certified member of the
Swiss Feldenkrais Association.
Since 2019 I am part of the complementary-therapists network accompagno and since 2020 I am a member of the board.
